Truth is, it’s impossible to make the black ink disappear with colored pencils. What I did was, I opened the image in Paint and very carefully erased the black patches from her uniform. It just took me several minutes and it worked, then I printed it. In others cases may be more complicated due to the amount of black. Photoshop works too.
